Getting to Higashimurayama
The nearest station is Higashimurayama on the Seibu Shinjuku line — also served by the Seibuen and Kokubunji lines. It is the town's gateway and the starting point for the three pillars: Shofukuji Jizodo, the Shimura Ken area by the station, and Kitayama Park.
From Seibu-Shinjuku Station, take the Seibu Shinjuku line to Higashimurayama Station. Using an Express, you can go without transferring (roughly 30–40 minutes as a guide; this varies by train type and time of day). Check the latest timetable or a transit app for exact times and fares.
From the Ikebukuro area, one route is to transfer to the Seibu Shinjuku line at Takadanobaba and continue to Higashimurayama. Transfer stations and times vary by route, so check a transit app for the best one.
From Higashimurayama, the Seibuen line goes to Seibuen Station (nearby). Kitayama Park is also walkable from Seibuen (about 15 min as a guide).
All listed times and walking minutes are estimates. Timetables, fares and walking routes can change. Before you go, check Seibu Railway's official information or a transit app for the latest routes and times.
Opening hours, fees and event dates change. Before you go, please confirm the latest details on each facility's or organizer's official information.
